I stayed at Conrad Singapore and had some sparkling wine, Chandon, at the exective lounge with the great view of the city of Singapore. I wish I could enjoy the stay more.

Shuri Castle, a world heritage site in Okinawa

If you can travel in Japan two more days, I highly recommend that you visit Okinawa. You'll find and enjoy a unique traditional culture which is a little different from the Japanese one and strongly influenced by Chinse culture.

Shuri castle is a typical example of Okinawa culture and inscribed as a World Heritage site. It's near Naha airport. You can very easily get there from the airport by monorail.

This is the main building of Shuri castle, called "Seiden". Do you think this looks like Forbidden City in  Beijing?

Yokohama Beer

I tried the Yokohama Beer which were made in the local brewery at Yokohama city, south of Tokyo. I had Pale Ale and Weizen. Both of them were really fantastic!

With the beers, I had a sauteed yellow tail and a tuna carpaccio. Additionally, I got a complementary dishes, pickle of celery.
